4:00-5:00 Check-in, read through your binder, settle into your room, explore the Inn
5:00-6:15 pm Flow Yoga with a focus on detoxing the mind and body. This class feels great for all levels
6:30-7:30 Dinner and Intro. Round robin; why do you want to detox? Lecture on benefits of detoxing, what to expect, and go over schedule for the weekend. We will finish by answering questions.
8:00-9:00 Sound Healing
Saturday
7:00-8:00am Yoga with a focus on cleansing the liver
8:00-8:30 Protein smoothies
8:30-9:30 Juicing then lecture on benefits of juicing and smoothies with tips and tricks for the best recipes for high nutrition, low sugar, and great taste.
9:30-11:00 Group Acupuncture and relaxation
11:00-12:30 Free Time: walk/sauna/ nap/ relax
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-3:30 Life/year vision with art
3:30-4:00 Free Time: walk, nap, continue with your art.
4:00-5:00 Methods of detox: drinking enough good water, skin brushing, enemas, healthy bowel movements, clean diet, sauna, herbs, protein, lowering stress, light exercise, yoga, tongue scraping, and massage.
5:00-6:00 Yoga with a focus on detoxing the mind/body.
6:30-7:30 Dinner
8:00- 9:30 Special Guest

Early Bird Retreat (Before May 10th)
Olympia Yoga and Detox Retreat. Thank you so much for attending! We look forward to nourishing you. This includes: food, workshops, yoga, juices, tea, supplements, support, and everything but lodging. Lodging is between $75/night for shared and $150/night for private lodging.
Shared Lodging for Two Nights

STAFF
Vanessa Charles is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, with over 1000 hours of teaching in yoga studios, state offices, Universities, and gyms. She has a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Sustainable Living, and has been organizing yoga and detox retreats since 2007. She has coordinated over ten yoga and detox retreats- San Juan Islands, Gig Harbor, Hood Canal, and in Olympia. She also coordinates Wellness retreats in Hawaii, the Caribbean, and soon in France.
People love coming to Vanessa's retreats because she loves bringing people together to heal, play, and detox. She brings on highly knowledgeable and personable staff. The schedule is structured, but she also reminds people that they can rest instead of coming to an event as needed. Overall, she makes sure her participants feel safe and taken care of so they can get the most of their retreat experience. |
John Farinelli is a teacher, using his knowledge of nutrition and food to teach clients how to safely detox. After getting his Bachelor's degree from Evergreen College, John went on to cook for the Bread Peddler, Hart's Mesa, Yoga and Detox Retreats, and worked as a private in-home chef. John is now an Executive Assistant to Evan Hirsch at Integrative Wellness. John has researched and personally done many detox diets and protocols. He has extensive knowledge on how to detox safely, pathways for detoxification, ways to support detoxing, and how to ease out of a detox. John has taught many classes through the Olympia Food Co-op, including "How to Detox Safely".

Friday Dinner: Spiralized zucchini and cucumber noodles with pesto and a delicious Greek salad with kalamata olives, cashew cheez, greens, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers Saturday Breakfast: Protein smoothie with greens and berries Mid Breakfast: cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon, chard juice Lunch: Massaged kale salad with lemon juice and avocado, sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds. Cauliflower rice with caper & zucchini sauce Dinner: Delicious soup and salad Sunday Breakfast: Protein smoothie with greens and berries Mid Breakfast: cucumber, apple, ginger, lemon, chard juice Lunch to go: Veggie sushi rolls, kale chips, and cucumbers and hummus. We will also give you recipes and a shopping list to continue your detox or ease out back into your routine. Zoe's Juice Bar also has an excellent Juice Cleanse you can move into from this detox.
