~We offer one day workshops as well as four week sessions
~Pick from a range of styles
~Classes are designed with all-levels in mind, from the creaky beginner to the advanced yogi
You can choose to have one of the following classes:
Gentle Restorative: Slow and gentle with a focus on stretching and centering the mind
Core Strength Yoga: Core strengthening and full body strengthening with some deep stretching
Fusion Yoga: Starts slow and gentle then becomes more challenging. slowly cools down into deep stretching
