MASSAGE MENU

 We specialize in deep tissue, relaxation, and emotional release.  We encourage massage not only for pain relief, but weekly or bi-weekly for contentment, energy, and well-being.  We are currently offering between 1-2 hour massages.   You have the option to upgrade your massage with soothing hot stones and/or nourishing essential oils (sweet orange, cinnamon, or/ and vanilla).

Swedish Massage: The most gentle and relaxing​ ​massage​ possible​. If you simply want to feel tranquil in your body, this is your best choice. We use slow, soothing movements to ease your mind and heart, leaving you positively glowing.

Fusion Massage: A wonderful collection of techniques combining the best-known therapies to balance your energetic, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. This is perfect for those who want a deep massage uniquely tailored to their body. Vanessa has been blessed with being a massage practitioner since 2010 and a yoga teacher since 2004.  She loves how massage can be as therapeutic as counseling without all the talking.   She is a proud mother of a five-year-old and adores the balance between being a mom and enjoying the peacefulness of giving massages.  She studied in Hawaii and specializes in Lomi, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu (massaging with her feet) and Swedish Massage. She is passionate about helping people feel their best.

If you are looking for a therapeutic or relaxation massage Vanessa is a good fit for you.  Her style is slow flow with deep listening to your body for guidance.  She releases your muscles as well as balances your energy with Polarity, Shiatsu, Lomi, and more.  You will end your massage feeling deeply relaxed yet refreshed.
