Bring your kids on a magical movement journey through the 7-Chakra Dance Wave! This playful class blends the fun of dancing with some simple tips to help everyone feel more balanced. By turning the chakras into awesome animal and nature movements, children naturally learn to balance their energy, express their feelings, and calm their minds.
This is for parents, kids, and caretakers to shake off stress, laugh together, and explore our unique ways of moving. No dance experience is required—just bring your curiosity and comfortable clothes! We will journey through seven different rhythms. - Sacral: Wavy Jellyfish wiggles to unleash creativity and joy.
- Solar Plexus: High-Energy Robot movements to build confidence and inner power
- Heart: Silly Tornado twirls to let go of big emotions and stress
- Throat: Floating Balloon and flying bird with silly noises to spark free expression.
- Third Eye: Wise Owl tiptoes to unlock imagination and focus
- Crown: Floating Cloud gently softening into the earth to find deep, peaceful stillness.
