GROUP YOGA CLASSES

        

Enjoy having your own yoga teacher for lunch or after-work yoga at your office.   This is a great way to start getting back in or to get in better shape, learn how to relax, restore the body from sitting all day, and save money on gas by not driving to a yoga studio. 


BASICS

  • Classes can last from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on what works best for the students.
  • Generally classes are offered in 8-week sessions, with 1-2 classes per week.  
  • Classes are all level- beginning to advanced.

Types of yoga include:

  • Basic yoga
  • Restorative yoga for relaxation and renewal
  • Energizing and strengthening yoga, best for lunch time yoga.

Equipment needed: Each person will need loose or stretchy clothing, a yoga mat, and a strap and block are recommended for new students but not required.

Space requirements: A quiet and comfortable space (such as a spare office, gym, board room, or lunch room)

Promotional materials: such as fliers and e-mails can be provided to stimulate interest and participation.


RATES
1 Class/week for 2 months or 8 classes is $50.00 a student
*minimum of 8 students
2 classes/week for two months or 16 classes is $100.00 a student
*minimum of 8 students

 

Private Yoga Classes

 

Just getting into yoga?  Have an injury or limitations and want a personal teacher?  You can come to a yoga studio or I can come to your house.
